About Me

I am a counselling psychologist who holds a doctorate in counselling psychology, with chartered psychologist status with the British Psychological Society, and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. I have also completed the BPS Supervision Skills Course.

Apart from working extensively in private practice, I have also worked in the NHS in an IAPT service, seeing a diverse range of clients. I specialise in perinatal psychology, both in my private work and through my NHS work. However, I also see clients from all walks of life with many different issues.

Further to this, I conduct trainings, predominantly in perinatal issues for organisations like Make Birth Better (birth trauma training).

I also work at Regents university within the counselling psychology team where I run a trainee professional practice group.
