• 50 minute individual sessions: £110

• 50 minute Perinatal sessions: £120

• Psychology and psychotherapy trainees: £80 a session

Health Insurance

 

I am also a registered psychology provider for most health insurance companies including BUPA, AXA, Vitality and WPA. Please contact me to check my coverage for other insurance companies.

 

Session Information

​

The initial session is always an assessment session, where I ask a lot of questions to gain an idea of what the issues are and how to help.

​

Sessions are for 50 minutes once a week.

 

I do not offer bi-weekly sessions to new clients. It is up to the client to decide whether they wish to work on a specific issue and have a shorter number of sessions (6-12 weeks), or if they want to explore a number of issues in depth, which could be for up to a year or more.

Zoom Sessions
 

I also offer Zoom sessions if clients prefer this, or if I do not have F2F spaces available. Please see contact and location section for online times that I offer.

Supervision

​

I offer integrative supervision for trainees in psychology, psychotherapy and counselling, as well as fully qualified psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors.

£80 for fully qualified practitioners
